When will my order ship?

Most items are made to order and take approximately 3-5 business days to prepare before shipping. Delivery time is additional and varies by destination and shipping method.

How do your hats fit?

Fit depends on the selected style. Dad hats, trucker caps, rope caps, snapbacks, and beanies have different crown shapes and fits. Check the fit description, measurements, closure type, and photos on each product page before ordering.

Are the designs embroidered?

Products described as embroidered are stitched with thread rather than printed. Small natural differences in placement and stitching can occur from one hat to another.

Can I personalize a hat?

Yes. Products marked as customizable include a personalization field. Enter the wording exactly as you want it embroidered and review spelling, capitalization, and punctuation carefully before ordering.

Can you embroider my logo or artwork?

We can review original artwork that you own or are authorized to use. We cannot reproduce protected logos, characters, team marks, or brand artwork without permission. Additional design or digitizing requirements may apply.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Because orders enter production quickly, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after production begins.

Can I return my order?

Unused, unworn, non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 30 days after delivery. Personalized and custom-made products generally cannot be returned for preference or customer-submitted errors. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can help.

What if my shipping address is wrong?

Contact us immediately. We can update the address only if the order has not entered fulfillment or shipped. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Will the color look exactly like my screen?

We display colors as accurately as possible, but screens can show colors differently. Minor variation between the displayed color and finished product is normal.

How do I care for my hat?

Follow the care instructions shown on the product page or included with your order. As a general rule, gentle spot cleaning and air drying help protect the hat shape and embroidery.
